YWAM Training: ESL in Lindale, Texas - 2000; DTS in Lindale, Texas - 2001; FCD Seminar with Mercyships; School of Worship (SOW) in Denver, Coloarado.

Rich is passionate about know God more and spending time with his family, Citlali, Evan and Brianna. He's a musician and composer, and plays guitar. Rich also likes playing soccer and extreme sports. All of these are things this YWAM director uses as ministry, as they present opportunities to share the Living God with youth.

Citlali has been with the base since its beginning in January '07. Her calling being to serve God unconditionally, love the people of this region, and share God's love, Citlali strives to see people come to know Jesus through the different ministries of YWAM Pachuca. She also likes dance and is excited to know God more and see her familiy and others draw closer to Him.

Evan is a happy kid and brings joy to all in the ministry of YWAM Pachuca. He likes superheroes, being with his family, and learning English. Evan's sister, Brianna, also brings livelihood to the YWAM Pachuca family, and enjoys singing and dancing.

Neil - Albany, Oregon, USA

YWAM Training: DTS in Los Angeles; NIKO in Ensenada; School of Biblical Studies Biblical Core Course in Ensenada; Making Disciple Makers in Holmsted Manor.

Additional Training: Youth leader, dramas

Neil has been serving with YWAM since September '06. He started out his time with YWAM in Ensenada working in the Mission Adventures and Homes of Hope ministries and later worked with the Discipleship Training Schools. In January, Neil joined the Pachuca staff to be a part of the team in Mexico City. Since Neil’s first trip to Mexico he has had a heart for the country. He has also served as a leader for the youth group at his church and has a heart for discipleship; Neil loves to see youth overcome obstacles in their lives and grow deeper in their relationship with God. He also loves serving by getting his hands dirty and doing physical work.

Neil enjoys studying the Bible and learning more about the history behind it and how he can apply the truths that are found there in his life. Neil continually wants to grow deeper in his relationship with God and serve Him to the best of his abilities.

Additional Training: Through Youth Leadership: discipleship, evangelism, and dramas; through Children's Evangelism: puppets, camps, and vacation Bible schools.

Cori was one of the first to start YWAM Pachuca, and plans to stay long-term / as long as God says. Cori has a special calling and heart for the Mexican nation. She is a psychologist, and has a heart that is geared toward discipleship; Cori seeks to be God's instrument in challenging youth to love, serve, and passionately strive to have an intimate relationship with God. Cori, likewise, challenges herself to keep serving, seeking, and pleasing God in everything she does.

Christi started serving with YWAM Pachuca in Fall 2011. She is excited for her new passion for the people of Mexico, and looks forward to seeing where God takes her with it.

Christi wants to advance the kingdom and be re-shaped by it. She is passionate about visual arts, literature, and loves spending time in the outdoors. In the future Christi hopes to serve internationally as a midwife and teacher.

Efraín did his DTS with the Pachuca base and has been on staff since November 2011. He is an artist, an adventurer (trained in rock-climbing and kayaking), and enjoys making God known through drawing and in everything he does.

Ministry: Department of Graphic Design and Web, Ministry with At-risk Youth in Mexico City

YWAM Training: DTS in Guadalajara, NIKO in Guadalajara

Meghan has been a part of the YWAM Pachuca staff since March '07. She has a heart for Mexico and recently moved with the team into Mexico City. Meg has a degree in graphic design, and is now able to use those talents serving in the ministry. She also worked with youth at her church in the U.S. for several years and is glad to be able to be involved with young people in Mexico.

Some of the goals Meghan has for this time with YWAM Pachuca are to grow as a leader, help develop the ministry, and advance the Kingdom of God, motivate and inspire people to make a difference. She wants youth to widen their perspective on how they see God, themselves, and the world. As part of this, Meghan would like to take a group from Mexico to serve in southeast Asia.

Rut - Mexico City Federal District, Mex

Ministry: Frontier Missions, Victims of human trafficking and women in prostitution, hospitality.

YWAM Training: DTS in Pachuca 2009, Frontier Missions in Brazil.

Rut has been a part of YWAM Pachuca staff since 2009. She has a heart for world missions and unreached groups of people! Also she has a special love for women in prostitution, and would like to see a heart and mind change in those women that bring them spritual and physical freedom.

She considers that discipleship and teaching are really important in the process of transformation, as well as living Coram Deo (In front of the face of God) !

One of her desires is to utilize all her gifts and skills to serve God and His Kingdom. Also to share God's love and heart for the un-reachead people, especially Muslims. She wants to keep growing up in God and new areas of character and service.

She enjoys discovering new flavors, music, languages, books, places and people!
